“Out of the 10 headsets purchased, 4 have already had issues or breakages after 6 months. We use these headsets 8 hours a day 5 days a week and remove them constantly during the day. Moved onto Jabra Evolve2 - noise cancelling microphone and have had minimal issues so far and seem more robust.”
