“Jabra never fails to provide garbage quality at extremely high prices. Unfortunately, they're the only headset compatible with a lot of softphones otherwise I would have gone with something else. It's not easy or simple to flick the mic down when you need it; it's made from relatively soft, flimsy plastic and a poorly padded ear cuff; the headset falls off your head very easily; the mic lands right in front of your mouth; and, the person you're speaking with will have to put up with an echo or difficulty hearing you, etc etc etc. Just so disappointing.”
