Had one previously and this is a replacement., Best headset on the market for my regular Teams meetings with clear sound and projection from the Mic. Very highly recommended.

I personally love these headsets, previously I had one speaker ear, (which broke). I had no idea it would still be under warranty. I was asked to do a short review on the product, although I thought I would contact the center regarding a preferred supplier who repairs their headsets. I received a very quick polite response from Chantelle Taylor. After asking for my headset serial number (very hard to read on the headset, had to take photos and enlarge to read). Chantel advised it's just out of warranty and I will do my best in obtaining a replacement for you. I advised I had not had a headset for at least two months due to the earpiece and microphone section snapping off the headband, not incuding the time awaiting approval from senior management to purchase another one. I finally received approval, Purchased a new headset with two ear headset, (to cut out the background noise of dogs barking, child asking questions during school holidays). As I prominently on the phone with our large member base. Chantel was very courteous and has put in a request for a replacement for me since it was broken within my warranty period. Absolute outstanding customer service from your team member. Chantelle went above and beyond to assist and support me, during my desperate attempt to repair my old headset. I am really appreciative of her kind support and patience whilst I tried my best to obtain the serial number. It's hard to find this type of customer service these days within large companies. Congratulations Chantelle, for your outstanding support and problem-solving. I will only purchase headsets from Simply Heads from this day forth and will recommend them to our National Company for ongoing purchases in the future. Thanks Again!
