“It drops out on PC (Bluetooth) quite regularly which is pretty bad when in client meetings etc, so I'm disappointed in the product considering the price.”

If you are not using the dongle that came with the headset I would suggest using that for the PC connection. The dongle should give you a stronger and more stable connection when connected to PC
