“The Headset does not automatically connect to multiple devices each day and the microphone seems to drop in and out and get told that I am breaking up often. I am using this device as a replacement to my Jabra headset which was much more reliable in sound and connectivity than this one.”
So sorry to hear you are having troubles with your headset.
These headsets will remember up to 8 devices but only connect to 2 at a time (one of those devices will be the USB dongle it comes pre paired with)
As far as it cutting out and breaking up on you I would love to discuss and troubleshoot this further with you.
