“I love my Plantronics headset. My old Plantronics headset died after many, many years and I was completely lost while waiting for my new one. I tried to seek technical assistance when setting up the headset. I was very disappointed with the gentleman I spoke to. He constantly kept sniffing, which I found to be very offputting. I highly recommend my Plantronics headset but I cannot say the same about the technical assistance.”
