“Great service in terms of delivery but I didn't realise that it needs a physical connection to my computer by a cord rather than by bluetooth or USB. My mistake as didn't read the fine print!
I also can't get it to play sound from the internet etc, but it does work great for Teams calls.”
Hi,
Just double check that the headset is selected as the default playback device and not just the communication device for your computer. It should then play all sounds from the computer through the headset.
