“Happy overall with this headset. Features I like are the ring notification from the base station, as well as in the headset, and the ability to connect simultaneously to my work laptop, mobile phone and personal laptop. Have not had any issues with the headset losing the connection/settings with my work laptop (which I use for calls 40 hours per week), whereas the previous headset I was using would disconnect up to a few times per day. Sound quality could be a little richer, but overall very happy with the purchase and it's a headset I would recommend.....especially if you can pick it up on sale as I did.”

One disadvantage over the competing Poly Savi 8220 Office, is that the headset has a micro-usb port instead of USB-C. It also uses that Micro-usb port for docking into the base, so it's a little bit more clunky to dock.”
