The headset has good sound quality. It is clear and has a good volume range. Is quite comfortable to wear although the arm is too long. Would be extremely benficial for it to be able to make shorter than it currently allows as personally, for the ear piece to sit comfortable over my ear, this leads to the 'arm' being too long and the other end sitting over the top of my other ear. When wearing for hours at work this can be qutie distracting and uncomfortable.

These Yealink wireless headsets are great, Very lightweight compared to our old headsets, the magnetic clip to attach the headset to the charger as it always finds the slot and dosent misalign. The Teams quick access button is also very handy.

These are great and easy to setup and work great. make it able to walk around the office if youare on a call to look for something ro do something on a computer wiht the other person on teh phone.

I rate this headset for an office but as yet haven't been able to get the hookswitch cable to work with a CISCO desk phone (the instructions require a setting change on the CISCO server but we use a Telstra TIPT system so we don't have access to any CISCO server settings) so once I can do that then I maght rate it higher.
