“I really enjoy taking this vitamin supplement every day. It arrives automatically each month so I don’t have to think about reordering. I put it in juice or water each morning and the taste is pleasant. Quick and easy to use it’s part of my daily routine and I love the fact it is formulated specifically for women. I have been using it for over 6 months now and can honestly say it’s made a positive impact.”

“So I started taking these at the beginning of January - mainly because I am 46 years old and definitely struggling with the onset of the Perimenopause. But here's the thing, my tummy has been very runny and I actually put it down to these supplements. I contacted Sisterly and they suggested it might be because of a sensitivity to magnesium. So I stopped taking them for a while and guess what? My runny tummy continued and I've worked it out - I'm very sensitive to Quinoa and lentils!!! I've stopped having those for lunch and the runny tummy has disappeared. So I'm back on Sisterly but I think I need to take these for another couple of months before I can fully judge them. I will say that I absolutely cannot stand the taste - it's not as bad as Chlorella or Spirulina, but it's not a great taste so I recommend a shot size glass to just down it!”
