“My sister bought me these to try. Wasn’t feeling good after about a month of starting but never connected it to the supplement. I mentioned it to my GP she looked up the ingredients list and said that there’s way to much of many of the vitamins in it particularly b vitamins are too high so I stopped it and after 3/4 days I started to feel a bit better although it took about 2 weeks to feel fully back to myself. My GP said there’s no need to be taking these vitamins in such high doses that they can do more harm than good.”

We have a team of health experts, who meticulously developed the formulation specifically for the female body. Each nutrient is scientifically proven and dosages are set to address common deficiencies, and always within the ranges permitted. Some people are more sensitive to certain nutrients and in this case we recommend starting with half a sachet and gradually increasing it. “I was lucky enough to do an yoga event which collaborated with Sisterly recently with Brown Thomas Limerick. I genuinely take the Elevator (I’m on subscription) and I was so happy that this event promoted Sisterly. It has made the world of difference to me so I really believe in it. Well done for creating something that’s sooo good. Haven’t had so much as a sniffle in the last year. As a full time yoga and Pilates teacher I’m up so early every morning with A LOT of teaching hours every day, and I feel this is the boost I needed without always reaching for a coffee. “I'm through my first month and absolutely loving it! My second month supply arrived just in time and I thought the sustainable packaging was so smart. I love the high quality ingredients. As an American with Irish family and academic/research connections, I prefer EU products when I can find them because of the greater focus on safety and health. I am also very sensitive and have found it so hard to swallow and digest numerous supplemetn capsules, so I have been looking for something that is easy to take, mild in taste, and isn't filled with additives, and artificial coloring and flavors. I could go on and on! Thank you!”
