“I was very pleasantly surprised with this product. I'm always looking for scent free or gently scented products as I have pet rats. Although fragrance is listed as an ingredient, I really get no scent from this.
My bedroom houses me and my boyfriend, our large dog and SEVEN rats. An air purifier is a must, but we needed something additional to get smells from their source. I started with a spraying this on the curtains, the dog bed and a few spritz in the air after a full cage clean. I was really surprised that fully removes the odor wherever it's sprayed, instead of just covering them. A couple days later when I was doing a spot clean of the cage I thought to myself how I really disliked the fact that my current cleaner leaves a residue and I have to go back over the surfaces with water. I decided to try with this instead and was super happy to have no residue and no urine odor left behind. Very happy with this product!”

“I got a sample of Skout's Honor Odor Eliminator at a time when I had older pets dealing with incontinence. I utilized the spray bottle on various accident spots after a thorough cleansing and sadly noticed no difference in urine odor which the product claims to combat. I tried Nature's Way and it was much more effective in eliminating odors I will not be buying Skout's Honor again.”

I'm so sorry to hear you are not happy with the Odor Eliminator. This product is actually not made to eliminate urine stains and odors, but rather just surface and airborne odors!
Our cleaners are actually the ones that get to the source of the odor (urine) and will break up all that nasty stuff to permanently eliminate the source of the stink!
We would love to get you a cleaner instead, free of charge to try since the product you had was not the correct one!
