“It took more than one application to clean old urine stains from light-colored wool Berber carpet, but the stains are almost gone. And, we just soaked a few areas down to the padding and the smell appears to have gone. Time will tell but we are pleased so far.”
“Your product is the 8th part that I have tried to get your and and dog odor out of my home. I will agree that the odor eliminator does help but and the next day I have to spray it again it only last for a few hours. I was bitterly disappointed hopes that you finally had a product they could make my house smell clean again. And it does as long as I keep Spraying. I was also surprised you didn't have a fresh scent to make the Room smell good there's no scent that was a little disappointing. I have not used the patio cleaner yet And I'm currently trying the yearn destroyer haven't made an opinion yet”

I'm sorry that you haven't seen the results that you're looking for. I'm happy to help! Are there certain areas that you find the odor returning more quickly or that are strongest? Pet bedding, carpet, furniture?
Our cleaners destroy odors at the molecular level instead of covering up odors. Pets are also sensitive to fragrances and so we have found that a fragrance in the cleaners weren't necessary to add.

“I got this for my very dog friendly office. We have dog beds around the office, and my dogs bed is in a little under-the-desk cave that starts to smell pretty noticeably. Yeah, I should just take the cover home and wash it, but I never remember to. I sprayed this on it, and it smelled so much better right away. I was worried that my super picky dog wouldn't want to lay in it after, but was heartened when I didn't notice any smell from it. Once it dried, he hopped right into his bed, no problems. It hasn't caused any issues with his fairly sensitive skin, which is always a concern. With this test done, it has been sprayed on every smelly surface, including office chairs, and works super well. It worked well enough that my boss had me expense the cost and is asking me to keep some around the office from here out.”
