“Really seems to work! I Have a Berber type light colored rug in the office. Never used the office so much until now. We have std poodles and a cat. The scent was bothering me. Couldnt find any spots. Had it professionally cleaned but the smell was still there.I soaked the carpet with this and then used my little carpet cleaner for spots to pull moisture out.I can now sit in the room and its all good!”

“This product is not returnable. The box was wet and the internal jug was damaged and leaked half of the product out. I love this product, but it is way too expensive to miss half of it. Can't go through Amazon customer service because I can't ship it back. No internal padding to prevent damage to box or product. Too bad. It is a good product.”
