“I was excited to try the shampoo conditioner on my yorkies, who have skin issues. When the box arrived, it was in grear condition, but when I opened it I found that the cap on this product was loose and most of the product was all over the box. I decided to shampoo my 5 yorkie with it times, as there wasn't enough for both dogs, I have only used it once, and am really happy with results. Am now hesitant to order the bigger bottle, fearing another loose cap, with no inside seal.”
