“Bad idea to send a review out to a first time customer who has a complaint pending. Ive notified the company I never received it after almost a month and paid for expedited shipping. They asked if I want a refund or refund for shipping and they would resend it. I emailed back I want expedited shipping again, same $80+ order and my shipping refunded since. Its now taken longer then free standard shipping. That was right before the je long weekend. No response yet at all as of Tuesday 6 pm, EST.
So far not impressed, too bad too. I really like the Skouts Honor spray for smells you can buy at local pet store and wanted to try more products.”
