I typically use grooming products that are coconut oil based-- resulting in a super soft coat. But, I must say, this formula has given my dog more of a silky, smooth, feel--with a lot of shine! Her tummy skin and paw pads felt healthy too after using it and I'm noticing less shedding than normal after our bath routine. The lavender scent stuck around the bathroom for a few hours, but now I just don't smell it. On my dog, the scent is super faint now-- I'd have to stick my nose right against her forehead to smell it (in which case, she smells really dang lavender-y). I wish the scent stuck around more evidently-- I really enjoy it because the lavender smells more like straight "lavender essential oil" rather than "lavender laundry detergent".”
