To help with the application process, you'll first want to break the surface by applying pressure to the balm with your thumb. Warm the balm between your fingers and then apply to the desired area. To help with the application process, warm the container to soften the balm. You can do this by letting the container sit outside in the sun for a few minutes or near a heater. You can also remove the desired amount with a warm spoon before rubbing the balm really well between your fingers. I hope this helps!

“I only got to use it a few times because my pup is shy about his feet. The palm is a little hard to use because its so hard. I do notice the difference it makes on my dogs skin though, hes an active boy so his feet are always super rough. Hopefully i can continue to use it and see the full potential.”
