The balm is so solid that you have to scrape it out with your fingernail and then soften it with your fingers.

Hi Keryn, We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the Prebiotic Pet Balm! The consistency is hard upon arrival to prevent it from melting during transit. We recommend first breaking the surface with the back of a metal spoon. To help with the application process, warm the container to soften the balm. Or warm the balm really well between your fingers. If you find that the balm is too úgoopyù then we recommend applying a smaller amount at a time. Thank you, Susie

My dog has nasal cancer and his nose is a mess. Skout was recommended by our oncologist and it has really made a difference in healing and comfort. So glad we found it.

Hi Erin, I'm so sorry to hear that you were having trouble with our Prebiotic Pet Balm. I'd love to help! The consistency is hard upon arrival so it does not melt during transit. We recommend breaking the surface with the back of a metal spoon. You can warm the container or a small amount of balm in the sun, or continue to rub the balm really well with your fingers to make it easier to apply. A little bit goes a long way so if it is thick and goopy then we suggest applying a small amount at a time. Let us know if you are still having trouble. We do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Thank you, Susie

It was dried out when it arrived so I can not really review how it works, had to buy another product to help.

I have always noticed my dog's pads looked dry and cracked. Just started using this product for him. So far so good!

I've only been applying the prebiotic pet balm to my kitty's nose for a handful of days and it's already working! He has had a dry, scabby nose ever since we adopted him and this balm has been the only thing that's worked. It keeps his nose moist and smooth and I'm sure it has relieved the pain caused by dryness. I highly recommend!

Way to hard to get out of can and apply to dog paws. We have tried using spoon etc to get out then try to warm up in our hands before applying.. still just too hard. Wont be purchasing again. Was truly hoping this would be something that helped our dogs paws.
