“The balm is much too thick to apply easily. It does seem to soothe my dogs paws a little. If it were more of a lotion form I feel,that it would be much more effective.”

“This product has been an absolute lifesaver for my dog. I have tried other balms for my dog's nose but they haven't worked very well. My dog has an extremely bad case of a dry nose. Other products I've tried actually caused my poor girl's nose to get infected. However, this balm is completely different! I was interested in the fact that it had manuka honey, which is a natural antibacterial! After trying this out for the past week, her nose is finally healing and looks sooo much better. And because it is a thicker balm, it's harder for her to rub off her nose. What I like to do is get a small chunk of the balm and warm it up on the back of my hand, so that it's easier to apply. I am so happy and relieved that I finally found something that actually works!”
“This was originally ordered along with bottles of shampoo+conditioner, but was not received. I emailed the company about the oversight and they responded immediately!! They were very apologetic and immediately sent out the missing item. I am also very impressed/happy with the shampoo+conditioner so far. Ive only had the opportunity to use it once, but my dogs smell so clean and fresh and their fur is amazingly soft. My goldendoodle has allergies with skin rashes and so far, so good!”
