“I have a poodle, we bought the honeysuckle flavor from the store. They were out of it at the store so we bought directly from the website, this time we decided to try a different scent. We bought the sanded wood vanilla and lilac and linen.
Since we started using those scents (only used three times) we had to take our dog to the vet with
3 bills totaling over $900. He had a terrible reaction to both products resulting in his skin swelling up all over his
Body and even worse so around his face. The first time we couldnt determine what it was but the vet eventually found the culprit. The spray.
The vet said that it shouldnt have had the effect it had on him (after showing the honeysuckle bottle ingredients vs the other two ingredient essentially identical except for chemicals used for scent) unless their quality control was bad.”

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience! Synthetic fragrance is approved to be used at up to 1%, however, we use less than 1% of synthetic fragrance in our probiotic grooming products. We chose to use synthetic fragrance over essential oils because it is safer for pets. A reaction like what you described is not typical and we sincerely apologize for that.
