“What a SCAM THIS PAGE IS. If you click the “ingredients” section it only shows 2-3 ingredients but if you check the ingredients label the last ingredient is toxic to dogs WHICH I KNOW because I sprayed his paws yesterday for the first time and he woke up with RED SWOLLEN EYE. I’ve been thinking and thinking “what happened??? What dd I do different??” So I started researching the ingredients and I found out that “PHENOXYETHANOL” is TOXIC for the skin and now it has been IN HIS EYE ALL night without me knowing that my baby suffered all these hours! It at LEAST should say in the bottle “CAUTION DO NOT CONTACT WITH EYES” LIKE NORMALLY products DO. I’m bringing this product back to the pets store expecting a refund everything is wrong with this product no CAUTION no nothing!”

Your pet's safety is our top priority, and we only use ingredients that are approved and safe for pet use at the proper levels. What you’re describing is not typical of our Probiotic Paw Spray. If you can provide the LOT number, we’d be happy to investigate further. In the meantime, please discontinue use and consult your veterinarian regarding the redness.
We chose phenoxyethanol because it is a paraben and formaldehyde-free preservative that plays an important role in preserving plant and water-based products. Other preservatives prove to not be quite as strong at preventing bad bacteria and fungi from contaminating products. Effective preservatives are vital for ensuring safety!
