“I found the product did not work well, my dog had drier itchy skin.We noticed as the week progressed she was irritated and could really see her dry skin. She is on certain oils for her health and skin, but have never seen it this dry This product staes it has all these wonderfull natural products with probiotics but after using the product it most definately made her skin dry and uncomfortable for her.Your product came highly reccomended by our local pet store.We like to try new products as there is always new and improved ones.If you can maybe reccomend something else we are open to trying we just want our precious girl to have something that works. and helps with her skin and does not make it drier than it is.”

We are so sorry to hear this! Did you use the Unscented version or a scented one? We always recommend the Unscented products to those pets that have really sensitive skin. Let us know if we can get you an Unscented one!
Also - might want to try the Shampoo and Conditioner separately for more conditioning, as well as the Probiotic Detangler as it is awesome for added moisture after the bath! Short or long hair, our Detangler is really soothing and moisturizing. We even use it in the office for our dry, cracked hands when the weather is dry!

“I somehow received a free bottle. When it arrived there was only an inch worth in the bottle due to it leaking everywhere. I did use what was left on my dog who has bad itchy skin. It seems to work however his fur is less shiny and dryer. So I may have to order some conditioner. We will see I guess... but thank you for the free bottle”

I dont think the conditioner w/shampoo is really moisturizing their skin now find that I have to search for a separate conditioner to use after shampoo. Disappointed as Ive been using Skouts for long time. Do u make a separate good moisturizing conditioner as I now have 3 full bottles of shampoo MUST NOW INCORPORATE A SEPARATE after shampoo product? Dogs coats r not shiny like they were when I first started using ur products! I was happy to have an all in one process but it is no longer sufficient. I must now add a nd process, which is a quality conditioner

Hi Judy,
What we are going to do is send you some of our Conditioner so you can try it as a separate product! Sounds like the separate Shampoo and Conditioner would work well for you so you are able to add more conditioner for more moisture! Each pet and each instance is different, so it's hard to pinpoint why it is no longer sufficient to use the in1.
Another great idea would be to use the Daily-Use Detangler as an added moisturizer after the bath. This is a leave-on product, so the moisture is really bumped up as well as adding more probiotics to the skin and coat.
We will get some conditioner in the mail for you shortly and you let us know how that goes!
