I'm sorry to hear that! This isn't something we typically hear about the Severe Mess Stain Odor Remover. May I ask what kind of surface this was applied to? We recommend letting the formula sit for about 5 minutes then using a highly absorbent cloth to soak up remaining excess fluid.
