We will not purchase more SK products until they remedy these spray bottle issues. This is the second product with spray top issues.”

Find out that the trigger is not the original one as they ran out and during the 'pandemic' they had to use the dual spray one. Well all these years later they are still selling with the dual spray when there is only supposed to be the stream spray - hmmmm......returned and bought another product that has a mist spray making it easier to cover a large area.”

“The nozzle is broken. It only squirts out a large stream, instead of misting. Its impossible to cover the entire area unless you plan on soaking it and not being able to walk on the entire rug for 6 hours. I dont understand why they have two settings on the nozzle if they dont work.”

“The nozzle is defective as it puts out only a heavy stream instead of a spray. It's hard to effectively get the entire area needed (unless I use tons of product and saturate the area) So I'm not sure if it's the product or use, because the dog is continuing to mark.”

“The smell of this product is wonderful. Unfortunately I am unsure if it actually works. The first bottle I bought, I started to spray it and the spray nozzle came off and the bottle dropped to the floor, spilling out half of the product. I chalked it up to user error, tightened the lid, cleaned up, and then went at it again. After ONE spray, the spray nozzle came off again, spilling the rest of the bottle. I figured maybe the bottle was defective. I went back to the store a week or so later and bought a new bottle. I made sure the lid was on correctly and went to spray, bottle fell to the floor. Only this time, it hit the edge of my sofa and tipped the bottle upside down, spilling the entirety of the product on my sofa and floor. Im hoping it doesnt discolor my sofa as I have already wasted $50 on the product and would like to not be out a piece of furniture as well.
My house does smell nice though so that is a plus òÖ”

“We just bought our first rug for our apartment. I was really worried about our dog who tends to pee on rugs or carpets, even though she knows she should go on pee pads (shes old). I bought this spray in the hope that it would turn the dog off from peeing on the rug and to use the pee pad instead. We put our rug down and I sprayed it liberally with the spray, you could definitely smell the scent strongly. My dog completely ignored it, within an hour shed done her first pee on the newly laid rug. Since then shes peed on the rug another five times, the spray does not work at all. Ive bought previous Skouts Honor products for cleaning that I really love and work really well, which is why I had so much hope for the spray. But unfortunately it was a huge waste of money. Were now going to have to buy a vet vac so we can regularly clean the rug, as well as watching the dog all the time to stop her peeing when we can.”

We do recommend first removing the urine with our Urine Destroyer. Completely removing the urine will make the area a less attractive place for your dog to remark. Once the area has been treated with the Urine Destroyer, follow up with the Stop Marking! Preventative Spray. It can be reapplied as needed with an assertive command such as "Off" or "No".
