Hi Barbara, I'm so sorry to hear that. Although many of our customers see instant results, sometimes it will take some pets -4 weeks of consistent use for the skin to restore. Here are some simple tips to help achieve the best possible results for your pup! For healthy animals, the recommended washing interval is once every -4 weeks. However, you may feel free to wash as often as you like, because the probiotic kefir supports the skins natural biome and doesnt disrupt it. For animals with chronic skin issues, it is best to bathe the animal once every 3 days for the first two weeks, then once a week until the skin normalizes. We highly recommend using a daily-use product, like Daily-use Probiotic Deodorizer or Daily-use Probiotic Detangler. The daily-use products will provide a much needed boost of probiotic to those trouble spots. You are fine switching to a monthly or bi-monthly routine once the skin has normalized. Diluting can make it much easier to spread and lather throughout the coat and rinse out, plus it is super easy to do. Simply pour roughly 1 FL.OZ. (one shot-glass full) per 0-pounds of doggie into an old water bottle or dilution bottle (available on our website!) and top off with water. Dont worry about over diluting, as long as the entire contents of the bottle get on the animal youll be just fine. Message into the skin with both hands for up to -minutes and rinse out. Hope that helps and let me know if you are still not seeing results in a week or two! We are here to help!

It seemed like it was going to be good, but he is breaking out again with his scores. I have given him several baths and was using the daily spray. So disappointed. I even orded a sample pack, thinking it was doing good.

First time I used way to much on my dog. Its really is think and needs to be watered down but wow it did an excellent job on my dog. The deodorizer I find it difficult to actually place it on the skin. But it did help a spot where hes been scratching and had a small raw spot. I will difinerly buy some more when I need it.

First time using Skouts Honor and I love it. We have Westies and Norwich Terriers so bathtime is like a carwash. Shampoo was very easy to use and rinse and the conditioner has left them soft and scented (Hoeysuckle) And no itchies !!

I loved this the shampoo and deodorizer spray I ordered. I got the honeysuckle and the unscented. The results were almost immediate. One of my dogs is sensitive to just about everything and I have been using the honeysuckle on him too. Their coats look and smell wonderful and the dandruff is reduced by 5%. I am hoping that after using awhile that we won't have anymore problems.
