“This level of training is basic and the content and tests straightforward, but the training does reinforce the primary requirements, issues and expectations relating to safeguarding. The way the course is delivered seems to subconsciously reiterate and reinforce the main points and what one should do in certain situations until they become almost second nature as the course progresses.”
