First the package was missing a part..it can happens right? But we had to wait 2,5 weeks extra.
Once received and built, the bureau simply did not stand and broke apart....
Now we have been waiting a total of 5 weeks, we had to spend time to build, wait, bring the package back to DPD, etc.. and we have to wait 15 days for a refund.
Yestersay we went to a phisical store and we bought another bureau from another supplier... it is built and our child can play with.
! The customer service always helped us!
Too bad for the quality of the product, which I hope does not represent the average quality of Sohome.
