“Bought on the 12/11/14 after 2 so order us processed next day. Oder was invoiced on the 18/11/24. I called several times and was advised it was courier issue. Courier received 4 pm 22/11/24, missed the delivery and as I’m rural has to wait over a week to receive it. This company is so incompetent. They could have put it as medical equipment and it would have been delivered the next day, which apparently they are aware of this. Will never buy from them again.”

“This pad is superior to ice packs and the only way to ice. You get even distribution of the cold and it maintains its temperature for the entire time you are icing and easy to strap on the area it is needed. We have gotten rid of the ice packs and I even put it in the car to take away for sports trips "just in case".”
