“My 1st Knee replacment was on 6/3/23,
apart from my determination the only thing that sped up my recovery by 30% at least. Now on 10/4/2025 completley walking crutches free still ice 2 times a day. Preparing for knee # 2 in 4 weeks with my iceman.

“Bought on the 12/11/14 after 2 so order us processed next day. Oder was invoiced on the 18/11/24. I called several times and was advised it was courier issue. Courier received 4 pm 22/11/24, missed the delivery and as I’m rural has to wait over a week to receive it. This company is so incompetent. They could have put it as medical equipment and it would have been delivered the next day, which apparently they are aware of this. Will never buy from them again.”
