“I’m recovering from a knee replacement and had been using ice pack and glad wrap which got a bit tiresome. This product (with ice pack included has made it a lot easier to apply ice and so I do it more regularly which is a good thing. Delivery was quick and efficient. Happy.”
“I think this is a good product even though I feel a small part could be better made ie the Velcro that attaches to keep the product within the bag , 1 long strip would be better.
Also to me it seems that the insert only folds 1 way and this is Accross the unit , I don’t think this is very clear directional wise”
