“I am very happy with the Universal cold pad as I can manoeuvre it easily around the knee and it works well. Suits my Donjoy Cold Therapy very well and there is no problem with the pad.”
“It's a great attachment to go with the iceman machine, but beware if you purchase you cannot return even if it has clearly not been taken out of wrapper. My husband had a knee replacement and I ordered this and the ice man machine whilst he was in hospital. Wasn't to know the hospital gave us the pad that we used there as it is for 'use for one person only' which is totally reasonable. Just wish we had of known when purchasing that is was non returnable.”
