“Bought on the 12/11/14 after 2 so order us processed next day. Oder was invoiced on the 18/11/24. I called several times and was advised it was courier issue. Courier received 4 pm 22/11/24, missed the delivery and as I’m rural has to wait over a week to receive it. This company is so incompetent. They could have put it as medical equipment and it would have been delivered the next day, which apparently they are aware of this. Will never buy from them again.”

Exchange is possible, if you send Brace back, preferably in the same brown box, as long as the packaging is intact. Question, what happens when the brown box it was sent in, was way too small, and the Brace arrived in damaged packaging? Guess I’ll find out when the Returns Department receive my Brace back. Bet any money, it will somehow be my fault, even though I spent extra on a proper shipping box with extra padding, and I will be denied an Exchange.

“Ordered a brace for my daughter that was too small. Asked for refund but told they don't do that, which is fine but could send back for exchange within 7 days sent the brace back which tracking shows arrived 7 days after receiving, and we are now 2 weeks later with no word, no brace!
Would never use them again.”
“I wouldn't know how the belt is because this company have completely taken my money and disadvantaged me. I'm halfway through my pregnancy and was recommended this belt by my physio. I could've purchased it from a nearby chemist, however regrettably purchased from this place as someone suggested it. When I finally received the belt, I tried it immediately and realised it was too small and I needed the medium. I literally went to the post the next day and sent it off with the instruction manual it came with, and the store has refused to accept it and now apparently sent it back because it wasn't in its original $1 cardboard box. Completely unjust, horrible customer service and just unheard of! The belt is brand new? The box can be replaced. Heck I'll pay $1 to replace the box! But they've refused to. David has been horrible to deal with and the store itself have been atrocious. No response to my emails, or calls. Even though I've been begging for the manager / owner to call me. DO NOT deal with these people!!!! Go elsewhere!!! Completely, whole heartedly disatisfied and misled! HORRIBLE 0/10 experience and I will continue to slander this company until they rectify this.”
