“I have no doubt that these are very good shoes but at 93yo they are just too heavy for me to use, even though recommended to me by my podiatrist for the width in the toe.
Sadly I sent an email to you through your website asking for a return and refund which to date has gone unanswered.
I still wish to return the shoes as I will never be able to use them.
