Bought this brace on the recommendation of an orthotics professional to help relieve carpel tunnel symptoms - tingling in the fingers and loss of grip strength. I wear it at night. It's comfortable, easy to put on and adjust. Requires little maintenance (cleaning). And it works! The aluminium stay keeps the wrist in a good position to allow overnight recovery. I'm pleased with the results. Doesn't necessarily cure carpel tunnel syndrome, but the symptoms are much reduced throughout the day. Eventually, surgery or other intervention may be needed but this support has put that day off for a long time.
