“My partner broke her ankle bone & wore a moonboot for 6 weeks. We were hoping to transition with your brace but the plastic was too hard & rubbed her anklebone quite a lot - to the point she felt it may have reinjured. While the Velcro strapping worked well, the plastic is too hard - put a lot more padding on the side & it may be ok. Is it possible to get a refund as she only used it once?”
