“Was pleasantly surprised! I didn’t think it would provide that much support as I have extensive ankle issues but once your shoe is on and you’ve tightened the valcro to where it is secure I was able to play netball without any second thought of my ankles. Protected me from lateral and medial over rotation and also posterior while still allowing enough movement for directional changes. A lot thinner than my original lace and Velcro braces and less hassle. Only negative is on my left one the Velcro around my ankle was slightly shorter than the right and I had to really pull tight to make sure it didn’t come undone. Other than that. Highly recommend for netball.”
