“I ordered this helmet for my daughter. Measured her head first at 53cm thinking this one would fit perfectly. It arrived with quick delivery but is way too small. On the biggest size it still doesn’t fit on her head. I emailed about exchange/ return a week ago (as I ordered as a guest rather than setting up an account). But I’ve still not hear anything advising how to return.
Helmet is lovely tho, whole family have the adult ones.”
