“The item seems to be fine however unable to install as the TL-FC25 tool that should have come with it was missing. After phoning customer service and everal emails they where reluctant to send me it so had to take out a dispute with PayPal over an item that is £2,88 on there website. Worst customer service ever. not customer focused and a trivial issue that could have been resolved if they had just sent out the item that I paid for at point of sale. Dred to think if it was a high value item what issues you might have with SportsGB in obtaining a resolution. Take your chance if you buy anything from them as their after sales service is appalling.
