“This has solved a big issue I was having. I recently replaced chain and chainring on my inddor trainer, following which I was having issues with chain seemingly 'jumping' when under mid - high power output (500+ watts). Having tried all osrts from an indexing point of view, both fornt and rear derailleur, I looked more closely at the chainrings and noticed the teeth had worn down to a shark fin shaped profile. Replacing the chainrings with the 105 R7000 version was an easy change and has worked perfectly.”
