Ich habe hierbei mit nem Meterstab nachgemessen (kleine Führungsrinne der Stange eignet sich super um anzulegen)Einfach bissl rausdrehen, dass das Teil rechts und links bissl Luft im Türrahmen hat. Dann die Antirutschvorrichtung anbringen und mit dem roten "Dings" kontern. Anschließend die Stange an sich drehen. Somit spannt man sie EXAKT gleichmäßig im Türrahmen.
