“Hello, I am still waiting for a reply to a complaint email that I wrote on March 18th to Mr. Daniel Popa. In the meantime I was able to test the SX600 speedbike and the F37 treadmill. The speedbike screen despite being scratched works. At the design level, I noticed the lack of a bottle cage. The F37 I believe has a problem. When Kinomap is used in “discovery mode”, the treadmill does not travel at the speed at which the video was shot but always and only goes at 1 km/h.The email written on March 18, 2021 follows:Dear Mr Daniel Popa,I am writing to you about the orders number 1820181800016498 (Speedbike SX600) and1820181800015369 (Treadmill F37).I confirm that the gear arrived at my home on March 16, 2021 (F37), and yesterday 17 March (SX600).Given the short time I had available, I was able to assemble the F37 and I was able to unpack the SX600.For lack of time I have not yet been able to activate them.In this first phase I appreciated some things and criticize others.I was able to see that the gear were packed very securely. The same also demonstrate a valid and robust construction structure.One thing I didn't like was the fact (about the F37) that a power cord with a “German” male plug was included, which cannot be used in Switzerland.Since the sockets in Switzerland are different, the cable must be replaced or an adapter must be purchased.I believe that instead - for correctness - the power cable to be included in the packaging is that of the destination of the product, or the appropriate adapter must already be inserted.This is to avoid forcing the customer to go to a store to buy other items or adapters to make what they have just bought work!Also about the SX600 I appreciated the way it was packed. This too showed me an apparent robustness.When removing the components from the package, I finally opened the box that contained the monitor / computer. The box was perfectly intact. The screen was wrapped in a special protective film. And here I got an unwelcome surprise. The screen looks second-hand, giving the clear impression that it has already been used. The surface has numerous small close scratches. The details can be seen in the attached photographs.I can accept - with difficulty - that a product is damaged during transport since it is not the seller's fault, but I do not accept that an accessory that has already been damaged at the start is sent.This finding has ruined mine so far, despite the delay in reception due to Covid which I well understand could have altered the functioning of your company, positive experience with Sportstech.I had intended to buy, after this first experience and immediately, other Sportstech machines for the gym I have, but at this point I am forced to re-evaluate what to do.I await your position on this matter.With kind regards.Maurizio Petralia, Via Cantonale 11, 6592 Sant’Antonino, Switzerland”
“Hallo! Das Speedbike ist fast perfekt, nur der Sattel ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Dafür das Bike bis zu 180 kg zugelassen ist, ist der Sattel gleich beim ersten Mal gebrochen und musste ersetzt werden. Sonst wie beschreiben und schnelle Lieferung.”
“Von der Optik her ein sehr schönes Bike. Trainingsmöglichkeiten sind gut und die Verstellung der Belastung funktioniert einwandfrei. Bedienung gut, die visuellenTrainings könnten aber besser dargestellt sein. Leider hat da Bike schon von Beginn an an vielen Ecken geknirscht und geknackt. Am Lenker und an der Sattelstütze musste ich selbst nacharbeiten bist alles fest wurde. Ich habe das von Anfang an reklamiert und auch kulanterweise einen Nachlass erhalten. Inzwischen knackt es aber immer wieder irgendwo jetzt an den Pedalen ( konnte ich aber wieder nachbessern ). Seit einigen Tagen macht das Tretlager Geräusche, die sehr störend sind. Auch nach Demontage der Verkleidung kann ich nichts finden um das abzustellen. Hier habe ich beim Support nachgefragt aber noch keine Antwort bekommen. Hoffe die können helfen, denn so macht das Training weitaus weniger Spaß.”
