“I’ve been been using this equipment for a couple of weeks now and I can say I’m pretty satisfied. despite the initial time of familiarisation with the knobs and after having figured out how to squat and bench press without a rack where to put the weights on between sets, I can say this equipment allows you to keep on training without feeling too much gym sickness. You basically can do all the basic exercises (squat, deadlifts, biceps curls, etc) but you’re limited in the weight progression: you can lift a maximum of 24 kg with your single bar, so you have to kill your muscles with lots of reps to compensate.”
