“The product is great and I would give it 5 stars, but at the same time, the customer service of sportstech is terrible. You could also call it non-existent!They state in the order confirmation, that you should approach them after 60 minutes if you don't get details to your delivery. But the issue is, you barely find a way to contact them! No phone number is available and the customer "service" did not answer even one of my 5 emails, asking what is going on. After I got a confirmation that "the product has been sent", another 3 weeks nothing happens until I finally get contacted to agree on a delivery date. Also in those additional 3 weeks, sportstech never even once approached me or answered one of my many emails!Again, the product is great, but I will never buy again anything from this store as you just never know when you receive the purchased good.”
“+ Die VP 500 ist echt schön und leise mit vielen Zusatzfunktionen. Ich nutze die täglich für mein morgendliches Workout.- Enttäuschung, dass im heutigen digitalen Zeitalter keine Apo zur Steuerung von gezielten Übungen besteht. Mit dem gelieferten QR-Code werden nicht etwa Tutorials zur Nutzung geliefert, sondern eine veraltete Anleitung die keine zusätzlichen Infos zur mitgelieferten Anleitung enthaltet. Zudem habe ich das Produkt auf sportstech.ch bestellt, in CHF bezahlt und bei der Lieferung einen deutschen Anschluss geliefert bekommen. Auf Rückfrage null Reaktion und Standard Antwort erhalten, dass es länger dauern kann. Tjà, warte nun seit der Lieferung am 16.02. auf meine Antwort und sorry, das ist ein absolut lausiger Kundenervice.Produkt ja, Firma und Kundenservice absolut nicht!”
“Das Produkt ist tiptop kann man nichts sagen. Gute Qualität. Aber die Lieferung hat 1Monat gedauert. Und seit der Bestellung bekomme ich Spamnachrichten von PayPal wo nichts mit dem echten PayPal zu tun haben.”
