Thanks for the feedback Kellie. We would be interested in hearing what suggestions you have on 'flexibilty with customer after invoicing'. Sometimes things like this can be frustrating for clients but there is generally some logic behind these types of 'restrictions' Call the office should you want to discuss this in more detail.

“In 2016 we were looking for a business system that took our manufacturing to a much more professional level, we had examined a lot of the bigger well known systems but they were complex and expensive, not at all the sort of system a company like ours of 12 staff wanted or needed, while further searching I founf Statii and watched their demo video at that time and it seemed to tick all of our boxes so after a chat with their people we went for it. Super easy to integrate and super easy for the shop floor to understand, with clear details on the job cards, fabulous traceability, and took our process from the initial quote to the final invoice smoothly through to completion at the click of a few buttons, with minilam effort. Its easy to examine the data afterwards and enables us to quickly and easily look up previous costings, check our performance and tweak new quotes to suit. We wouldnt be without Statii now as we have taken it fully onboard, the employees all use tablets to do everything from clocking in and out through to work control, its simple, efficient and cost effective.”

Thank you Dan, you mention drawing for the quotation. You are aware you can attach CAD files/JPG/PDFs etc to the line of the quote that then appear alongside the Job Card?

What would you suggest to improve Statii? A bit more flexibility its very rigid in what you input has to be exact to cross reference for example PO to supplier invoicing it doesnt have an option to upload multiple invoices with only 1 PO line

I think what you are talking about is what we call part PI matching, where a single line on a Purchase Order has multiple deliveries and invoices. One of the team will call you to demonstrate this.

“We looked at lots of options, we couldnt justify the cost and complication of larger systems and the other lower cost options didn't meet our expectations. We then found statii and from day one it meet our expectations and the support was amazingm and has continued to be so. MRP is not an easy system to implement but with Statii's support it has been made so much easier I simply cannot recommend this software enough for any SME.”
