“Statii's customer service is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always willing to work with customers to facilitate solutions. The software runs well and very rarely drops in service. Detailing the systems limitations may be somewhat unfair as the product is not designed for our manufacturing model however, the lack of tools to perform mass functions or an API does present difficulties. The development team are however fantastic as suggesting and implementing solutions while providing great post-sales support. Their care for their customers separates Statii from many other ERP-providers.”

We accept the development of API's for Users to plug into is an area where we could make improvements to our product and the plan for 2024 is to explore this area by listening to clients expectations.

What do you like the most about Statii? When processing orders; it will flag up any items which are required to be made / bought
What would you suggest to improve Statii? Adding commercial invoicing options. Option to update all current works orders when a change in 'make me' items is required.

“Having used many MRP systems over the years, I'm happy to have found Statii. This system works exactly as you'd want it to from the perspective of a machine shop - everything is sensibly laid out and the workflow is how we work already. Statii made achieving our ISO9001 certification easy as it satisfied all the major requirements, leaving our auditor very impressed. The service is impeccable, someone is always availble to help and the pricing is very impressive compared to the other options.”

What do you like the most about Statii? I love that the entire lifecycle including customer communication is in one place that follows the product. The risk of later typos/mistakes is avoided
What would you suggest to improve Statii? I would love a visual catalogue feature for each sales order so I can "flip through" a book of images. Each of our products are bespoke so it helps me to look for similar past projects when creating a new quote.

“The secret behind Statii lies in their staff. I worked in software product management and marketing for 25 years prior to owning a hard goods manufacturing job shop. In those 25 years, I met very few vendors who personally and proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are using and enjoying their products. The Statii team are not only responsive but also incredibly knowledgeable about both their product and my business model. They are themselves makers and manufacturing veterans. That level of insight is reflected in the product features and functionality. Not only that, they are genuinely lovely people - not robotic call center jockeys.”

Thanks Dianne, we know whatever the software product, without the product knowledge and the desire to ensure 5 star customer support, the chances of it making a real difference to the user can be limited. We try to apply an App mentality to what is a complex product and value the relationship we build with each and everyone of our clients.

What would you suggest to improve Statii? Inventory 'description select' would be helpful if it showed all of the items at once with a particular word, instead of clicking on each one by one
