“I ordered 4 hoodies and 4 tee shirts totally over €350. I tried emailing support for tracking info as no dispatch email for over a week or two.
Support ignored every email, never got a reply for support. The fit and quality is terrible. the website showed one hoody with a front logo on the left of the chest but received one with a centre logo. I emailed again to ask about returning items and never received any response or support. I used to be a returning customer but qualify is horrible.
