“I always dig the fit and bold designs of the clothes from Stay Cold, so when they dropped this new hoodie design (which is also so comfortable!) I got super excited and ordered one right away. Sadly, the hoodie I got looked nothing like the photos on the website. In direct sunlight the print was barely visible (which is quite bizarre because their fashion is all about being bold!). Customer support was amazing and responded to me quickly once I reached out and I got a refund.. But I really wanted the design in the photo so I’m still quite disappointed that I didn’t get it.”
