“I mainly needed Steve's to aid in removal of compression socks, After a few times I figured way to use Steves for that purpose. Once you get the hang of it you can remove socks easier. I don't use Steves to don the socks since i don't want to be continually changing the plastic parts, For donning the gloves are essential to get the socks onto the donner.”

My compression stockings are Vielly, open-toe, thigh-high, Medium, Medical Class 2. They are serious compression stockings.
Recently, I have lost 14 kg since my DVT (an intentional weight loss). My vascular surgeon wanted me to switch from Medium stockings to Small. I was worried, because I could not get the Small stockings on to my legs at all. However, the Steve Complete machine fixed it for me; got them on to my legs with no problem. Fantastic.
A key thing is to have the heel at the right place on the machine's lip before you put your foot in to the stocking. After a little practice, you quickly work out where it needs to be.
