If you've never tried CBD before, we'd encourage you to try both capsules and drops and see what works best for you.Our capsules are free of animal by-products. They are slightly larger in size—something to be aware of, if you have difficult swallowing—but contain the same CBD oil as our softgels.

“I have found this product to be consistent so far, from month to month and pill to pill. 20mg ends being a good dose for me right now. I could see wanting to go to 25, 30, etc (i.e. somewhere in-between 20 and 40). But for now 1 pill, 3x a day is working, and the next step would be to increase to 1 pill, 4x day (which is actually as recommended on the bottle). Then if But I would rather take 3 pills rather than 4, so if i'm going to 80mg per day do 25-30mg per pill. I guess we will see how that plays out. Its worth noting that these pills could in theory melt, but they were left inside my hot mailbox all day and that did not happen.”

“I love Sunsoil capsules because they don't have anything but the cbd oil in them and they can be refrigerated and then squeezed out under your tongue if you want the effects of the cbd to work faster. The natural taste is mellow and not over bearing. Great organic/natural product!!!”
