“Originally was taking the liquid drops but tried the softgels once they became available. I take a softgel every morning with my daily vitamins and definitely notice a difference with my level of anxiety to start the day. I prefer the softgels compared to the drops as far as how long the product lasts. Couldn’t be happier!”
